Description

A deep navy ground, ivory placket, and five frog closures in aged gold. The embroidered medallions at the shoulders are worked in a traditional knotwork pattern — dense, slightly raised, catching light at an angle. Mandarin collar. Barrel cuffs with ivory trim. The jacket is neither costume nor uniform. It occupies its own category.
